2. Vehicle Information & Pricing
Intercontinental Motors strives to ensure that vehicle prices, specifications, availability, and mileage listed on the Site are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely error-free or current.
- All prices listed are subject to final confirmation upon physical viewing and negotiation.
- Prices generally reflect "On The Road Without Insurance" estimates unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Vehicles remain subject to prior sale until a formal booking deposit is received and acknowledged.
3. Vehicle Reservation & Deposits
Any booking deposit placed on a vehicle is subject to our standard showroom booking policy. Deposits are typically refundable subject to specific conditions (e.g., loan rejection by financial institutions), which will be stated in your physical booking form. The website acts as a digital inquiry platform and does not constitute a binding sales agreement.
4. Financial Tools Disclaimer
The monthly installation and financing calculators provided on the Site are for estimate and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a loan offer or guarantee of financing rates. Actual rates are determined by partner banking institutions based on the applicant's credit profile, current Base Lending Rates (BLR), and bank policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, functionalities, and branding assets are owned by Intercontinental Motors Sdn Bhd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Intercontinental Motors, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from personal injury, property damage, or reliance on information provided on the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
